Most students choose to complete the program in two terms, though a three-term format is also available.

Our program charges a full-time, per-semester flat rate for students taking 12 credits or more in a semester, and a part-time, per-credit rate for students taking fewer than 12 credits.

Example GeorgeSquared Plans
Students entering the M.S. program with a G² ABS Certificate from our partnership program with George Mason University need to complete 8 to 10 credits of coursework to earn the M.S. in Physiology & Biophysics. Students generally complete the degree in one term (spring or summer) or in two terms (fall and spring), though other term arrangements can be made by request.

GeorgeSquared Summer Entry
ABS students entering the M.S. program the summer will typically complete the program as full-time students in one summer semester (June-August). Biomedical graduate students enrolled in 6 or more credit hours during summer are considered full-time; all biomedical graduate students enrolled in summer courses pay per credit hour.
